I received my order of four lamps the day after I ordered them... Two of them went in my home and two in my daughters home where there are lots of sinus allergies and migraine headaches.

The lamps are beautiful. What really impressed me about this company was the care in packing. I do a lot of online shopping. In most cases, I would rate the packing fair to poor. Regarding this aspect of customer service, it is clear that they care about their product after the sale. They care that it arrives in perfect condition. AND they even care that the packing is visually appealing. This is something other companies could learn from. It says "We care about our product and our service" right down to the last piece of shipping popcorn. The price is fair, given that it is an import...just higher than I wanted. Shipping options limited because of weight. I would recommend this company to someone else based on both product and service.

I ordered the 1 bedroom set which included a large , medium, and small lamp with wood base and dimmer, a tea light and one bag of rock salt. First of all, let me start with the packaging. I do a lot of online shopping and your packaging was simply beautiful. By that, I mean it was packed with great care. You wouldn't believe some of the packaging I get! Congratulations. I think it shows that you have pride in your service as well as your product. You actually care that it arrives nicely. Secondly, the quality. I LOVE,LOVE, LOVE the lamps and tea light.I don't know if they can do all that they say they can do, but just their color and appearance gives a very relaxing and peaceful ambiance to my house. As to the bath salt stones, I put them in a basket with some fall leaves and put a light in them and will use them on my table until some night when I need a very relaxing bath. I do a lot of shopping at Amazon. Do you advertise with them? If not, I'm going to suggest that they contact you. Christmas is coming up and they would all make unique gifts. I had heard of these lamps before but always thought I couldnt afford them. Then, I came across this site and bought 3, a large a medium and a small tea light.
